What is it like working for West Central London Mind?

We are a leading mental health charity in London. At West Central London Mind, we offer community-based mental health support and clinical interventions across London. We combine innovate solutions with decades of local community knowledge to empower and help people to live the life they choose.

In 2024 alone, we supported over 22,000 people through our services and our overall impact is clear: 95% of people who used our services said they would recommend us to others.

But behind these figures are our dedicated, passionate staff who come together every day to improve mental health support in our communities.

I feel lucky to work for an organisation that makes a difference to local lives in our community.

A huge effort is put in to ensure that every person feels at home here.

The team is ambitious about providing support to all those experiencing challenges to their mental health.

At WCL Mind, you’ll join a team that truly cares about our work, our communities, and each other. Whether you’re delivering one-to-one support or working behind the scenes in finance, fundraising or communications, every role here makes a difference.

We place a strong emphasis on inclusivity, teamwork, and learning from one another. With over 150 staff in a wide range of roles, we’re proud to bring together diverse experiences, backgrounds, and expertise.

For many of our staff, working for WCL Mind isn’t just a job, it’s a purpose. Hear some of our staff speaking about their role at WCL Mind and what they love about their job.
