We’re a leading community-based organisation dedicated to providing outstanding mental health support and clinical interventions across London. Our experienced clinically-led teams are focused on directly addressing a range of mental health needs in our communities. We combine innovative solutions with decades of local community knowledge to empower people to live the life they choose.

As a Local Mind Association (LMA), we are affiliated to National Mind, but receive less than 1% of our funding from this source. We are reliant on support from individuals, businesses and the public sector.

Our new SEND Community Project, delivered in partnership with Mushkil Aasaan, is already making a difference for families across our community. Through monthly workshops, multilingual resources and support from trusted local services, parents and carers are gaining greater understanding, confidence and connection. Lucy’s Journey Through Peer Support

After losing her aunt, Lucy felt overwhelmed by grief and the return of familiar struggles. Reconnecting with WCL Mind became a lifeline. Through peer support groups, workshops, and a welcoming community, she found understanding, practical tools, and a place to feel less alone. Lucy describes the service as “grounding” and “life-saving,” helping her make sense of difficult emotions and move forward at her own pace.
