Find connection through our Peer Support groups

West Central London Mind invite people in Kensington and Chelsea to take part in our weekly peer support groups for people with mental health challenges. These are safe, confidential spaces where individuals can share experiences with others who understand, build connections, and strengthen their mental health.

The sessions, available both online and in person, are led by trained facilitators and kept intentionally small to ensure a supportive and welcoming environment. Attendance is free, but places must be confirmed in advance.

Please email [email protected] to confirm your attendance.

One participant shared:

I rely on them because I feel so isolated. I feel valued and listened to. It’s a safe space where you are not judged.

Another added:

The lovely peer support leaders have been instrumental in helping make me more motivated. It has almost become like a second family.
